I am new, so i do not know how to get to webclient .

I am new, so i do not know much about this. I was looking for webclient but i dont see it, i've looked everywhere, first i looked in the Portal thing because it said webclient in the white writing, but then the webclient wasnt there. could anyone here help me? Please write back.

Anyways. if the client isnt working or it is down, just please contact me. i really want to play and i might be a little mad if its not working or down.
